Crystal Slat terms of service — revision date October 31, 2026
- Parties. Ordering through crystalslat.shop creates an agreement between you and Crystal Slat on the terms below.
- Acceptance. Nothing is final until your card clears authorization and we have emailed you an order confirmation. We keep the right to turn down or cancel an order, say for a stock shortage or an obvious pricing error, in which case every cent is refunded.
- Price. The figure on the final checkout screen, shipping and all, is the amount charged. Duty or import tax left uncollected at checkout falls to you.
- Images. Product pictures are a guide only; tones shift between displays and can differ a little from one production run to the next.
- Linked policies. Our separate pages on delivery, returns and privacy are folded into this agreement by reference.
- Your part. Supply truthful details, guard your login and keep the site free of anything unlawful, fraudulent or damaging.
- Ownership. Site material stays with Crystal Slat or with whoever licensed it to us.
- Partners. Outside providers handle payments, deliveries and some site functions, each under its own conditions.
- Liability. Consumer protection laws that apply to you remain untouched. Apart from those, and to the extent the law permits, indirect and consequential losses are excluded.
- Severability. Should a court strike down one provision, the remaining provisions keep working.
- Changes. We may amend these terms; your order follows whichever version was online when you placed it.
